As former undersheriff of Lewis County and former Chief of Police of Harrisville I want to give my condolences to the Frank Family. Chief Frank was a role model for me and I had the up most respect for him. We worked on many cases together along with the State Police. He will be sadly missed.

Joan and Laurie
Thinking of you during this difficult time. I have wonderful memories of Mr. Frank driving us to the Empsall’s building on Saturdays for our dance lessons with Mr.Van. Mr. Frank made sure Laurie and I were safe in that ancient elevator we would take to top floor to get to the dance studio. He then had the patience to take us shopping and out to dinner!
I hope all of your wonderful memories give you strength during this sad time. Sending you hugs and prayers.

Vinny was a fine man and a terrific Police Chief. He always dealt with people in fairness and with compassion. I grew up knowing and respecting him. He dealt with a challenging and sometimes impossible job with patience and persistence.

I remember a lot of good things about Vinnie Frank. There were numerous times as a State Police Investigator that Vinnie assisted me in the closure of cases and the arrests of bad guys. I also remember the good times we had at Darian Lake with our families. Vinnie was a great man and Super Good Police Officer. We offer our condolences and sympathy to Joan Frank, Vinnie's wife, and his daughter Laurie. He was a true friend and will be greatly missed by us and a great many people.
