May Brian's family and friends be comforted by God's promise to "swallow up death forever...and wipe away the tears from all faces" (Isaiah 25:8). Along with the promise of a time soon when 'no resident will say " I am sick" (Isaiah 33:24) "Remember the Resurrection hope for both righteous and unrighteous" (Acts 24:15)

Brian was my school bus driver throughout my entire elementary school career. He nicknamed me "Gabby" because I talked so much. My thoughts are with the family.

What can we as his siblings say about our Big Brother Brian. Yes, he was always small in size but to myself, Dwight, Dan and Blaine he was our big brother. We all have our own stories of how he protected us in his own way. As for myself: Brian and I would sometimes go out with Dad's car and maybe we would get back home later than we should, but he always took the responsibility even though at times I may have been responsible for us being late. That was our secret. A few weeks ago we all got together and hashed out the past and the boys told of the many times Brian protected them from bullys and such. Just ask them. Yes he was a quiet man but that's what made him our big brother and big he will always be because of his love for us.

Mr. Brian Delaney was my bus driver many years ago and his passing is a deep sorrow. I wish his family peace and prayers doing this time of need. He was a great man that I had many fond memories of.
