Obituary of Gail S. Kaldowski

LOWVILLE – Gail S. Kaldowski, 84, of Stowe St., passed away on Wednesday afternoon, April 17, 2019 at her home, under the loving care of her family and Friends of Lewis County Hospice.

Gail was born on December 17, 1934 in Syracuse, New York, a daughter of the late Ralph and Luella (Churchill) Stowell.  After graduating high school, she went onto work as a secretary and bookkeeper. 

On April 5, 1957 she married Edward Kaldowski. 

She was a 17-year volunteer for Friends of Lewis County Hospice.

Gail is survived by her husband, Edward; three children, Karen (Thomas) Castor of Burrville; Cynthia Kaldowski of Braningham; Kevin Kaldowski of Lowville; a brother, Ralph Stowell; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by three brothers, Gary, Clark and Neil Stowell. 

No public services will be held.
