Obituary of Allen L. Guadalupe

CARTHAGE – Allen L. Guadalupe, 57, of S. Washington St., passed away on Wednesday evening on June 26, 2019 at his home.

Allen was born on January 13, 1962 in Carthage, New York, a son to the late Albert and Janice Guadalupe. He attended Carthage Central School and went on to work in the maintenance department at Walmart in Evans Mills.

He loved collecting sports cards and his favorite sports teams were the New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and building model cars. Most of all, Allen loved spending time with his grandbabies.

He is survived by two sons, Cody (Kira) Guadalupe of Philadelphia; Derek (Jessica) Monroe of Carthage; a brother, Carl Guadalupe of Carthage; as well as four grandchildren, Emily and Jacob Guadalupe and Kailee and Zoey Monroe.

Allen was predeceased by a brother, Vernon Guadalupe.    

Calling hours will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 from 4-6 PM at the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. A funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home Chapel.  Burial will be held at a later date in Fairview Cemetery in Carthage.
