My condolences to the family of Francis.
I worked for some 37 years @ the former Greenbriar nursing home and had several conversations with Francis but always marviled @ his work ethic well in to his 80's. (once commenting to Peter that his dad blew the snow out of his driveway like a run way that you could land a plane on) lol.
Also was impressed and amazed after learning of his achievements of WW2 and the original 10th Mountain Division!

My sympathy to all the Laduc family. I am sure you all have so many wonderful memories of the Senior Laduc for all these years. I remember many years ago when the Graf's owned Totem and there were a couple fires in their neighborhood, either at the lumber camp further up the road or at what is now the Rod and Gun club. Bill Graf was my father and he had great respect for Mr. Laduc and I recall several times going to their home while the men talked. It is also remarkable that one of my sons became such a good friend of Pete's after meeting at Herkimer, and that friendship continues to the present. All the Johnson's and Graf's have enjoyed Pete's sense of humor.
I am sorry for your loss especially at this time. I hope you find solace in all the good memories you have of Francis.
