Fort Ann- Luella K. Minnick, 75, of 169 Burguist Road Fort Ann, NY formerly of Carthage died at the Glens Falls Hospital on Friday, December 11, 2015. She was born on November 20, 1940 in Carthage to Simeon and Verna Morgan Minnick. Arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., Located at 500 State Street in Carthage.
