I have always admired Charlie since I first met him at the Carthage ball field where he was playing on a team with my brother-in-law, Ray Guyette. I was thirteen years old at the time. I was fortunate to see him just a few months ago at the VFW. His memory for me will always be one of a man full of integrity and fine spirit. We lost a great friend. I have no doubt he is in good hands! My condolences to all of you. I pray for your comfort and peace at this difficult time. David
