Lisa extended friendship to me when I knew no-one at work. She was kind, funny, loyal and such a strong soul. I often think of her.xx

I remember Lisa as a bright, spunky kindergartner in the class next to my class. I was so delighted when our paths crossed many years later as fellow trustees of the Carthage Free Library. She accomplished so much and gave so much of her time and talents. Her time here was much too short but she will always be remembered fondly. She leaves lasting memories in the hearts of all who had had the pleasure to know her. Fly high Lisa and continue to look down on all the lives you have touched.

I worked with Lisa at a clinic in Austin and she was a wealth of knowledge and a force. She influenced my life, personally, by speaking openly about her mental health struggles and even referring me to her psychiatrist. I have been seeing that doctor for 5 years now and it's changed my life. If not for Lisa, I would be suffering in my anxiety and depression. My prayers for her family and friends are of healing from grief. May her memory be a blessing.

Lisa was tireless in her enthusiasm for helping those who could not help themselves. Her work on the Jefferson/Lewis elder abuse Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team (E-MDT) was vital and always exemplary. She was a valued member of the North Country human services community and will be deeply missed. Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Ogdensburg, home of the North Country Hub E-MDT, extends their deepest condolences to Lisa's friends and family.

Lisa was something else as a little girl, she always could make you laugh. We all lost touch as you girls got older but would ask about you to my son. After graduation, a different story. I have to thank technology so that I could reconnect. Lisa never lost that beautiful soul of hers, she continued to help people to see the brighter side of life. We lost a wonderful young lady but her spirit will live on in so many of us. My heart goes out to you all.....
How do you catch a unique rabbit...unique up on it
How do you catch a tame rabbit......tame way
Oh Lisa thanks for the laughs, talks, and for being you. Love you always

Lisa was selfless, kind, and sharp witted! She was the perfect combination of heart & fire! I’d give anything to talk to her again. She was always there to bring comforting words or hilarious comments. You always felt better after talking to Lisa and probably ended up laughing way too hard! She just knew what your heart needed!! She was an amazing person and friend!! She was such a constant positive force in so many lives. She made the world a better place.

Lisa with the biggest smile, honest to a fault, who never knew an enemy. Your love of life transcends. I will truly miss hearing, "HI AUNT JEANNE!" as I was bringing your order to your car. I could see your beautiful smile before I even got to your car. When you were born your Aunt Sharon was elated as you both shared the same birthday, and as her and I both had 3 boys we always wanted girls and we got 2 when Connie and you came into this world. When Aunt Sharon passed, I remember you telling me you were going to celebrate your birthday for both of you and she was your guardian angel. You will celebrate your birthdays together with such fun, love and laughter I am sure. I know you both will be our guardian angels. Say hi to her and I send my love to you both always. Love you darlin.

Lisa was my teacher at Vc but we quickly became friends. Lisa was one of a kind and truly one of the nicest people I knew. I’m so saddened to hear of her passing and I will truly miss her. Her laugh and smile could light up an entire room. I am so fortunate to having to known her and call her a friend for nine years. May your family find peace in this time and may we all remember how truly amazing Lisa was!

Sending my most sincere condolences to your family. We met in college 2012 UOP. We built our close bond during a group project and we were inseparable since. Many called you friend but I called you sister. I miss our VC adventures during lunch and breaks. My most favorite times included our Wednesday and Saturday night Bingo sessions, office supply shopping, and trips to the Melting Pot. Your since of humor and sarcasm is unmatched. You were my twin and I love and miss you dearly.

My deepest condolences to Lisa's family and friends. I attended school with Lisa while growing up in Carthage. She was always full of sass and pizzazz. She was always one of the smartest students in the room and was always a great competitor amongst her peers. She was fierce in her academics without apology, an amazing trait of hers. Her commitment to the Carthage Comets was often seen as throughout high school she would be on the sidelines of the basketball court and football field. It's sad to hear that she suffered a terrible tragedy when she provided so much compassion and kindness towards others especially those from vulnerable backgrounds. Sending caring thoughts to those who loved her. Hoping all can find comfort and peace.
My sincere condolences-Jennifer Eighmey

It's strange how one person can change your life so much, in so little time. Lisa was that person for me. Lisa started working for the Office for the Aging shortly after I did and we just instantly clicked as a pair.
She was like my big sister and every day without fail the first thing I would hear coming into the office was "Morning T". Lisa inspired me with her fire and sass to stand up for myself and to never change who I am to fit other peoples standards. Lisa was my goal, that when I was older I could still be as goofy and sassy as I wanted to be and that age is just a number.
Lisa, there are no words in any language that can accurately describe how wonderful of a person you are, or how much we are all REALLY REALLY going to miss you. The "Cool Kids Club" will never be the same without you.

This is a gift from Lisa as she was going off to the Air Force. She was such a tiny petite thing starting out her career, full of confidence and strong will. Passionate about everything she believes in.

Hello. I work in Veteran's Services across the hall from the office Lisa was in. I loved being able to sit in my office and hear a story that Lisa was telling and laugh out loud at something she said. She was such a light!! So FULL OF LIFE!! I would go over to her cubicle to say hello, sniff her fun pens and steal a piece of candy. Often we would talk about being Veteran's together and we would refer other Veteran's for services back and forth to one another. Lisa and her big heart will be GREATLY missed. It just won't be the same without her. I am so sorry for this loss. Please know you are in my heart, thoughts and Prayers.
Love you Lisa!!!
~ Love, Tiff
