Carthage- Beverly A. Perrigo, 74, of 38 North Broad Street, passed away Friday Morning, April 8, 2016 at the Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.
She was born on April 7, 1942 in Watertown, New York, daughter of the late Sherwin & Florence Figsworth Lewin. Beverly married James R. Perrigo on July 29, 1967 in Antwerp, NY; he predeceased her in 1996.
Beverly is survived by her step-mother, Nina Rivers, two daughters, Lorie & Eric Greene Carthage; Tammy Perrigo, Idaho; and five brothers, David, Floyd, Robert, Rick & TerryRivers; she is also survived by two sisters, Maryetta & Rebecca, a brother in law, Fred Perrigo, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and also several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday April 11, 2016 in the Chapel of the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 500 State St., Carthage. Visitation will be held prior to the service, from 4-6pm. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00pm. Burial will take place in the Hillside Cemetery in West Carthage.
