Great Bend- Edward S. Mix, 48, formerly of 25153 Maiden Lane, died on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Hospice House in Watertown, New York. He was born on April 10, 1968 in Carthage, New York to Almon & Marjorie Jonas Mix. He attended Carthage High School. He graduated from Jefferson Community College with an Associate's Degree in Science. He was a handyman and worked various jobs throughout the area.
He is survived by his parents, Almon & Marjorie, Great Bend; two brothers, Kenneth Mix, Champion; Steven Mix, Great Bend, and a sister Ruthanne Stephenson.
He was an avid coin-collector and he enjoyed doing working on computers.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Woolworth Memorial Methodist Church in Great Bend on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 1:00pm, with Pastor, Warren Fargo. Burial will be held privately by his family.
