Rome- David Stitt, 77, of Floyd Avenue, died at the Colonial Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on August 2, 2017. He was born on August 13, 1939 to Harry Jefferson and Doris Mary Tugman in Watertown, New York. He will be buried in Brookside Cemetery. Arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., located at 500 State Street in Carthage, NY.
