Obituary of William R. Reynolds
WATERTOWN – William R. Reynolds, 55, of Ives Hill Retirement Community, died on Sunday evening, January 14, 2018 at home.
Bill was born on August 13, 1962 in Utica, New York, a son of the late Sidney S. and Marlyn C. (Maryhugh) Reynolds. He was employed as a Cab Driver for J & L Taxi.
He enjoyed bowling, fishing and playing pool. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by five children, Brian Reynolds of Pennsylvania; Justin Reynolds of Texas; Amanda (Shawn) Decker of Natural Bridge; William Reynolds of Washington; and Christina (Ryan) Grenzow of Washington; four sisters, Debra A. (Joe) Waite of Black River; Tammie Wayne Delong of Tennessee; Elizabeth (Edwin) Rice of Black River; and Beverly (Darryl) Johnson of Black River; six grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 4-6 PM at Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 500 State St., Carthage. A funeral service will immediately follow at 6 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene West officiating. A private burial will be held in the spring at the convenience of the family in Petries Corners Cemetery.
