Richard died on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Bennington Veterans Home. He was born on May 25, 1946 in Newton, Massachussetts. He served in the United States Navy. He was a computer Programmer for various places. He is survived by a son, Andrew Bayer, Philadelphia, NY. Services will be held privately by the family. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be also private.
